Thank you for choosing Sass! To ensure the best possible dining experience for all our guests, please review our reservation policy below:

1. Reservation Timing & Grace Period

- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

- If you are running late, please call us at 229-236-6006. We will do our best to accommodate you, but after 15 minutes, your table may be released to walk-in guests.

2. Party-Size Changes

- We kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any changes to your party size.

- We can only guarantee seating for the number of guests included in your original reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate additional guests, it may not be possible during busy periods.

- If your party size decreases significantly (by more than 2 guests)m please let us know so we can adjust the seating accordingly.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

- No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may affect your ability to make future reservations with us.

4. Maximum Table Hold Time

- For peak hours, we may impose a maximum table hold time of 2 hours to accommodate all reservations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

5. Special Requests & Accommodations

- We are happy to accommodate special requests (e.g. dietary needs, seating preferences) whenever possible. Please mention any such needs when making your reservation.

6. Walk-Ins

- We always welcome walk-in guests and will seat them on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on availability.
